Rangala House

Rangala House is a converted tea-planter’s bungalow offering top class accommodation in the Hill Country of central Sri Lanka, on the edge of the Knuckles Conservancy Region. Behind the house, the tea estate rises steeply and is attractively dotted with shade trees and huge igneous boulders – common hill country features.

ACCOMMODATION

The LED TV has many satellite channels as well as all the local stations and there is also a DVD player. There are three bedrooms in the main villa and two more, ‘The Studio’ and ‘The Breadfruit Room’ in a building which is immediately adjacent.

All rooms are ‘en suite’. The hot water in all bathrooms is solar heated, with electric back-up. The Bay Window Room has a bathroom with bath tub as well as shower. The others have showers.
